Most North American orders are subject our flat rate shipping of $9.95 per order. The regions excluded from this offer are: Alaska, American Samoa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Palau, Puerto Rico, Yukon.
International orders coming from outside of North America are not eligible for our flat rate shipping.
Orders will be processed within two (2) business days of being received. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex according to carrier-calculated rates based on shipping address.
- Item was purchased directly from cakebeauty.com. (We do not issue refunds for product purchased at any of our retail partners. For these items, you must follow up with the store directly and follow the guidelines of their specific return policy.)
- Item was purchased within the last 15 days.
- Item is in original, new packaging. You can’t have your Cake and eat it too!
- All refunds are credited against the original payment method. No cash refunds will be provided.
- All sale items are non-refunable and final.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
An RA# (Return Authorization) number will be e-mailed to you.
Ship the item back to Cake Beauty in its original packaging, with receipt.
- Mark the outer carton with the RA# provided.
