Payment Methods Accepted
• Visa & MasterCard only
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. • Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes. • All Canadian orders are shipped via UPS for a flat rate of $9.99 CDN. A service fee of $25 is added to orders going to the Canadian Territories • All USA orders are shipped via FedEx for a flat rate of $9.99 USD. A service fee of $25 is added to order going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico • Orders valued at $75.00 or more (before taxes) are shipped at NO CHARGE * • FREE SHIPPING will be automatically applied at checkout. • FREE SHIPPING does not apply during sales and promotions and may not be combined with any other promotional offer.
*Orders of $75 or more shipping to Canadian Territories or US states of Alaska Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged $25 for shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
If you don’t like your piece of cake, that’s ok…, everyone’s tastes are different.
We hope that you will find another piece of cake that you will enjoy more. Should you decide that you need to return an item, we will do so under the following conditions only:
• Item was purchased direct from cakebeauty.com (we do not issue refunds for product purchased at any of our retail partners, for these items you must follow up with the store directly and follow the guidelines of their specific return policy.)
• Item was purchased within the last 15 days.
• Item is in original packaging (new or gently used) you can’t have your cake and eat it too!
• All refunds are credited against the original payment method – no cash refunds.
• All sale items are non-refunable and final.
• Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
To expedite your return:
1. E-mail orders@cakebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. An RA# (Return authorization) number will be e-mailed to you. 3. Ship the item back to Cake Beauty in its original packaging, with receipt. 4. Mark the outer carton with the RA# provided. 5. Send it to the appropriate address below.
